Phone Inactive ripoff

I ordered a sample of green tea supplement. They charged the $5.00 for the sample, but the disclaimer said I would be charged $99 every 10 weeks if I didn't cancel within 14 days. The disclaimer was DIFFICULT to locate, to say the least.

After I noticed the $99 charge on my account, I contacted the company using the phone number listed on the web page. It is not working. I am UNABLE to contact anyone from the company. I had to cancel my card with my bank.
