Ripoff Fraudulent debit my checking account of $99.95 for products I did not ask for!

My checking account was fraudulently debited an amount of $99.95 without my authorization for a product that I did not ask for. I've contacted this company and spoke to a supervisor named Randi R., who refused to put my funds back into my account. I will be contacting my bank to retreive my funds. I hope all of you who have been fraudently caught by these folks file charges as I plan to!
