Took at $99 from my bank card without authroization, then when I finally got through to them the said I had agreed to it. They had buried their temrs after luring for a free trial. They deducted the 99 for a shipment on May 18th. I have still not received the product which was useless anyway but they refused to return my money. Now they don't answer their phone and their customer web site is down. A total theft!
