I order the product and gave my credit card for shipping charges and understood that I could cancel the remaining orders by calling 1-800-927-2029 Monday thru Saturday. I have tried several times to call and an automated voice answers and asks for an extension number which was never given on any of the the paper work. Then after saying this three times the phone is disconnected. I will contract my credit card company and they will take care of this. This is a RIP OFF and they are using Oprah, CNN.com, CBS News as endorsing this product.
