My honest opinion is that the stupid duck plays games. I have a hurt arm, so I cannot write much, but they took my money for 7 years and caused me much additional stress trying to get them to pay (while hurt and medicated at that). Yesterday I faxed my cancellion request to them, after acknowleging that I can influence a lot of people who may EVER consider paying these thugs a single dime. I got off easy. They only owed me $900.00. They purposely make you wait 15 minutes to even talk to someone.
