BillngMD, Phentermine Never Received, Billed and stated shipped

I ordered medication from this company as well. They charged my card 189.00. I called and cancelled. They said they would refund. Then I received a package from UPS. Empty. But the packing slip was enclosed. STill have not received refund. Complained to my bank. Will see what happens next.
