PE Labs Ordered Sample only. They required CC for charging $4.95 shipping. Recieved one capsule by mail. The later charged $109.95 and sent an order which I never requested

I was told they only needed my credit card for shipping and handling of a "Sample". (Recieved one capsule in the mail for my $4.95.) They subsequently sent Two small bottles of their product and billed my crerdit card for $109.95, without my permission. The product was a hoax.
