Tim Gardner sneaky RIT 1 2 at Sunmount. People to watch out for at the RIT!

We have a very sneaky RUS at RIT 1 2 and his name is Tim Gardner. This man can not be trusted, he is always looking to get staff into trouble. Most people will use the front door to enter units, this "rat" enters doors that people usually don't use. He then will stick around trying to catch people not doing their job correctly. We have two very special consumers at the RIT and they usually need a lot of staff's time and patience. This "rat" will come to the units and disturb there usually routine. When the two individual ask him to leave he stays and they continue to get upset. We have signed numerous memos stating "when an individual is upset with a staff, the staff should leave the area." Why is that this asshole gets to stay and bother the individuals. If certain people did what he did to consumers he would be telling his supervisor's to put them out on a 147. This is coming from a "rat" who almost lost his job due to sexual harrassment in the LIT. His punishment was to go to the RIT.

This is one of the worse work environments at Sunmount. Usually when staff complain about working at the RIT and having to do tons of overtime.

We have a supervisor named Amy Sauve Tyler Jenkins telling staff "if you don't like it, bid out." The way this woman comes across is very rude and vandictive. She doesn't care who she upsets. She is always getting into people's business and then talks shit about everyone who works at the RIT. I think this person forgot where she came from, she was once a ddscta1. I know in my heart, someday something will happen to this person and there will be a lot of people happy to see it happen. There will be plenty more information on people at RIT, stay tuned.
