Company, Art Witkowski failed didn't send promise respond send complain sue flagrant wait communication difficulties yahoo! Store Order System the boss next didn't come in fraud

I ordered stockings November but they haven't arrived yet (Aprilj).
They wrote: "We do not charge your credit card until your order ships." but they charged in November!

I have exchanged over 50 emails with several different people (Lynette & Art Witkowski, Erin, Wes). I received several promises to send them "next month" "Your order is scheduled to be shipped Wednesday, 2/28/07" "the boss is promising us we will be caught up by 3/22" etc. They made excuses such as "the company hasn't sent them yet." "We usually have these in stock but" "due to communication difficulties" "you message got stuck in my spam filter"

They have not responded to my request for a refund. I no longer think they are just disorganized and incompetent. I think it's a rip off.
