I started dealing with a J.R.in April of last year, I thought it was what I was looking for. I had his direct number and could always reach him, until after he got the first two payments and then I could no longer reach him and the company would not take calls I kept getting a recording. So I left a message in the general mail box. Never heard nothing back so then I called the direct numbers in my book they said the company was no more. But my i d number was still active i then spoke to a supervisor she told me that if i called in the allowed time i would get a refund. So then she pulled up my file and said that every time i called in it was on record and that i had a full refund coming in a month i would have it. Hahahah never happened so i called back and then the same person with the same id number told me she said no such thing and that I never talked to her all of them say that I think if a company or a person offers you a product or services and they do not deliver they should be held accountable Is that not fraud hell I had to pay to have the withdraws stopped from my checking account.
