Misrepresenting clients & failing to act promptly on claims

Aflac is a misrepresenting company. They do not process their claims promply. They failed to pay a claim or process it in a timley manner. So my husband who had a tumor ended up loseing his right kidney (he had no other medical insurance) because of funds for medical expenses. We were denied medical treatment twice due to not having the money to pay up front for a catscan.

The rep who sold the policy was not properly trained or gave full information of the policy information. This company advertisement is not fully the truth. They are a misleading and heartless company.
