Rip off for faster hair growth

I have always worn my hair long (I'm male), but it grows so slowly that it frustrates me (I cut it all off in 1989 and now, it is only a 7 inch ponytail, with only minor trims for even-ness). This ad claimed all sorts of success in speeding up hair growth and for only $24.00 (money back guarantee!) I could make my hair grow faster. Now I realize that $24 dollars isn't a lot (at least to me) so in 1999 I sent this place $24 for the "snake oil" potion. Of course it didn't work and I sent my empty container back for a refund.
To this date (Jan. 18th) I still haven't heard from them or received my refund.

I don't really expect it back by now, but just wanted to make the report!

But if someone ever catches this * and decides to prosecute, and needs witnesses. Count me in!
