T - LeanRX Ripoff deducted money from my debit card January 2, and 16 2007

January 18th i noticed that my checking account had two withdrawals from a strange place so i checked into it and searched the company over the internet.

First i called the 1800-304-8447 which was a recording saying my purchas was cancelled then ended with a email that if i needed more assistance which is an undeliverable email address. (doesnt exist).

This became very frustrating to me because i work hard for my money and even though 69.95 which was taken out on the 16th and 74.95 which was on the 2nd of January don't add up to many people but to me that is a huge amount especially when you have 3 kids to support.

I filed a report with the police department and turned this in to my bank which they anounced it isnt the first time for other customers, so i changed my account so this doesnt happen again. I wanted to just cancel my debit and all my credit cards so this never happens again but how do you get good credit? I filed this with the credit bureaus and they will keep my credit monitored with a small fee but that is well worth my money so this doesnt happen again to me.

In my opinion i would love to take them to court and do what ever i can to testify that this is a terrible thing to do. It is just rediculous and happens to the people that least expect it. I will keep my research up every day just to see what other options i have to file against these criminals. I dont believe that the FBI are looking hard enough or these people are not serving enough time when they are caught.
