I know the dentist isn't fun but

I know the dentists isn't fun but when you are yanked on, not told what they are doing to you, and not treated like a human being, that's crosing the line.

First
Tell you patients you are running behind. I sat for 30 minutes before anyone can into the room. Then the I can't understand your accent through that paper mask with the drill running dentist comes in and roughly sticks me with the needle and then leaves for another 30 minutes

Second
By the time they got back to me my face was not numb anymore. They started drilling on my teeth and got upset with me jumping because I could feel everything!

Third
I was the only white person in that office. I was told not to think I was better than them. I believe reverse racism is just as bad a racisim.

Fourth
The dental assistant kept raking on my mouth and did not stop when I told her she was hurting me. I choked several times because she was not paying attention to how much water was sitting in the back of my mouth.

They may be ADA certified but I will never go there again.

In closing, be very cautious of this office. They will take your money, treat you like dirt and then blame it on you because you spoke up!
