Mershona Parshall has fraudulently billed the county, the state and insurance companies for her services. She billed without a license and also billed above the allowable limit. She uses biofeedback for conditions which are not approved by most insurance companies. She has little biological knowledge.

She uses attachment therapy which has not been proven effective and many feel is cruel. It is banned in several states. She promises a 'quick cure' but keeps people coming for years. She misdiagnoses so she can get state money. She was involved the Gravelle 'Caged Kids' of Huron, Ohio. The county does not issue her 1099s so her income is not traceable. She uses coercive holding therapy where kids are sat on, yelled at, held so they cannot move, forced to do jumping jacks, all sorts of semi-torture techniques.
