Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

After cancelling my order because I was billed twice, and returning the product, I am still waiting for a refund of $99.85 to be posted to my account. Phone operators for the most part are all rude and simply state that you knew what you were ordering and you are stuck with it and it is your tough luck. Free 30 day trial was actually a 90 day supply, so they can get you for $99.85. There isn't any thing free about this. This is the same company as Cigarest, and they don't really give a hoot how they steal your money. I have called several times and asked about my refund and I have been given the run around. I returned to product in ample time, but they took the money out of my account AFTER they got the product back. This is fraud! I have reported this to the FTC and have gotten a response that they are going to investigate, but I want my money back. They have their product back, and I am not being unfair in asking to be refunded for te returned product. Beware!!!
