Leanrx.net, burnfathoodia scammed! Unauthorized charges to debit card california or henderson nevada

Back in Feb I was offered a supposed free sample of Hoodia Gordonni through e-mail. I agreed to the free sample. After reading the T&C's, I decided I'd give it a try. I took ONE pill. I was highly allergic. I ended up with a temp of 104.2. I sent an e-mail and also called to canceled my subscription to the web site.

In May noticed my account had been charged $99.90 by BurnFatHoodia8005. I immediately started trying to call. I could never get through. I left about 10 messages the first 2 days. NEVER heard anything back from anyone. I ended up going to my bank and disputing the charges. It is now 1/4/07, and I still haven't seen ONE red cent from the original $99.

After Christmas and New Years I decided to check my balance in my check book to make sure it matched up with my bank. Guess what... It didn't. There was another charge on there from LeanRX.net. I KNOW I didn't have anything to do with these people. They charged me $74.95. I went straight to my bank agian... And have filed a dispute. HOPEFULLY I will get further on this one than I did the last one.

After doing a little research I am finding that this company is probably one in the same... And that they have several dba's. Leanlife, LeanRx, BurnFat, Burnfathoodia. It looks to me like they are all under the parent company of NovaPoint. NovaPoint's phone number is 909-947-2710. The President of this company is Joseph Gieole. Something needs to be done! At this point... I feel that I am owed about $175. Maybe all of us who have been scammed should get some punative damages and pain and suffering!
