Unauthorizing debit to my account 149.95 after purchaing trial meds

After purchasing a trial meds and paying for only shipping and handling I was charged 149.95 for more meds I didn't order or get. I spoke with Brenda whom works there and she stated that if I rejected the charge I would be charged 500 rejection charge to my account. I again told her that I didn't authorize the 149.95 fee she stated that she would send me an email stating that she has credited my account I never seen the email or the credit as of yet! Lori
