On November 21, I tried to order Adipex a prescription diet pill. I gave my Dr's name, address & telephone number to be reached for approval along with my debit card number to my bank. Everything was set up in such a business format & I have ordered RX's on line before without a problem.
My Dr. Called me that afternoon and told me she could not approve for the Adipex and I just graciously said O.K. I was in shock when I received three (3) bottles of an herbal substitute of Adipex (Phentermine) along with a receipt in the amount of $112.95. I had in the meantime ordered Hoodia from another company totaling about $100.00 with my approval.
At the bottom of the letter was a paragraph which reads: We are unhable to accept returns of any prescription products. If your physician does not approve your prescription request and you are provided a non-prescription alternative product it can be exchanged with a prescription product if a valid prescription can be provided in the future.
I am now out of money in the amount of $112.95 and I am very upset about this. Can you please help me get my money back? I hope this company gets in trouble for this. It is a form of stealing from trusting people. Please let me hear from you soon about this issue.
