Fraudulent billing for products not ordered

I ordered the free sample of enzyte on line, i agreed to pay shipping charge but nothing else. I received the order then about a month later i received a second order from, enzyte, then notice on my bank statement that i was charged about $70.00 on my account.

I tried to find a address or website to stop this from happening again. Then today i noticed again that my account was charged. Im at this time attempting to contact berkeley but no luck.

As stated before the only thing i authorized what a single shipping payment from my debit card not being charged twice for a product that i didnt order.
