Tearing off people! Unauthorized costs!

I got a container of supplements to get a buck to test for four weeks. It was not actually four weeks, my bill currently charges. The consultant stated she couldn't do something about this coz they currently delivered a 3 months provides in my experience although I named them to stop. My test interval is actually under I informed her and that I haven't created my choice about obtaining more, they billed $ and previously sent me 3 months materials. Anything must be achieved for this organization or even they'll continue their costs and tearing off people.
