USA Dental Care. Beware before ordering any service. Will not get your money back Ripoff

Okay, I was looking online for a dicounted Dental Plan for my husband. And I found this website USA DEntal CAre. For about 12.00 a month yu can be a member and save on Dental care with their service providers. Well it sounded great and when you sign up there is non-refundable processing fee that thay charge you. Well I signed up and the next morning, not even 24 hours when I had signed up over hte internet I had cancelled because I found out that I can add my husband as a dependent that he is qualified now. So I called thier 1-800 # and first waited a long time on hold. Then their customer service is not even located here in US but some other country and the lady that I had talked too barely understood what I was saying. And I had to keep repeating myself that I want to cancel. 30 minutes later, she FINALLY gave a cancellation # and told me that my checking account WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. So I was okay, great. 5 days later I go online and look, their company still charged me. So I call again and wait another 30 minutes to talk to someone and they give to a supervisor that also don't know how to speak English. And he tells me that I reactivated my account and I told him when I went online they do not have a # to contact then and I saw this click her to reactivate your account think that it would give me a # to call them. Then it did it automatically instead. I told him that does not matter, beacuse that was only five mintues ago, just so I can a stupid # to contact them. Then I went on to tell him that They charged me when the lady told me that they were NOT going to charge my checking account. So he proceeded to cancel my account AGAIN, and now I would have to ask for a discount from the refund department. I asked for their # and he said they don't have one. I have to do it through e-mail. So I wrote an e-mail and five days later they called me and told me that the one time processing fee they were not going to refund, just the 11.68 dollars.

Don't buy from this website. After telling me the first time that my checking account WOULD NOT be charged, they still process my membership so they can keep the processing fee which was around 30.00 dollars. So I lost 30.00 bucks for something that I cacelled less than 10 hours and for a service that I never used. Dont waste your money... Go straight to careington.com themseleves for a discount dental plan. But dont buy from usa dental care. Their customer service can barely speak english, they ive you the run around. They will rip you off.
