Rip off

This company took money out of my account after they were asked to cancel the account. When I called them about it they told me i had to wait ten days, before they could send the money back, also whwen they took money out of my account, it caused a overdraft, i was refunded that money. The policy was canceled 9-25-06 and it was taken out 9-28-06. I called again around the 1st of oct and again around the 7th or 8th of oct. Now they want me to sign a cancelation form that they are SUPPOSED to send out, of coarse i havent received it, now ill have to put a stop payment on my bank account, for my own protection, to keep them out of my account, whitch will cost me $15.00
