Ripoff will NOT allow me to cancel trial membership

I ordered a trial membership of hoodia on 09/27. According to the terms I have 14 days to cancel. I have called twice and both times they have refused to let me cancel my trial membership The second time the woman hung up on me. This is internet fraud!
I contacted the police in Jordan, Utah. Detective Anderson is now in charge of the case. Case # 06f013547. P# 801 254 4708.

His recommendation is to file a report with the FBI & the Dept. Of Commerce in Utah (Ultra Life has all ready been sued and fined Maybe instead of a fine we can get them shut down.

The next thing would be to notify the bank, if it is before the 14 day trial ends, the bank should be able to flag your account.

I will let you know how things work out.
