Ripoff, over charging, and destroying my credit

In June my dentist was on vacation, I had a toothache so I went to western dental on Santa Monica. The first thing they do is never what you are there for. They give you a full exam with a bunch of x-rays and then come-up with a bunch of work you need. After that they come over with a contract that once they finish the work and bill your dental insurance they will also bill you 100.00 dollars once all the work is finished, but you can pay in payments of their determination. They will not do any work until that contract is signed (extortion) I was in such pain or I would never have signed their scam contract. The whole deal was a full mouth cleaning work on something or other and pull my left wisdom tooth. The dentist cleaned the left side of my mouth only and caused an abcess. I never went back, thank god my dentist was back. I lost a tooth because of western dentals crappy dentist. They over charged my insurance and I just chalked it up to next time stay with your own doctor or dentist. But that wasn't the end. Western dental that was paid for all of the work on my teeth even though they only did a 3rd came after me for the 100.00 and put me in collections with a group of Vultures who call my house and my job daily, nights and weekends and will not let up. They are the worse of the worse and crooks too.
