Ripoff

USMEDSAVERS are ripoff artists! They responded to my order by stating that they could not complete my order as they could not reach my doctor. A week later I see a charge of 19.95 processing fee on my Visa card. This is on an order that they can'not process! Two weeks later I see another charge of 14.95 for a membership fee. When I called the 800 number, it is non-operational! They state that even though they could not process my order, it needed to have been cancelled or they keep it open and justify the charges I mentioned. When I contacted them, they say that all charges are justified in the small print that no one reads! They refuse to refund any charges!
