CCBasket ripoff, lost 82 dollars to those people

Well i used a check to these people, and now another company has their phone number, and that company told me to dispute the check, but i don't know how i have to have the companys name.

Does anyone know the state this pharmacy is in? B/c i need to get my money back that was all the money i had, and i dont understand how this new company that took over don't know the name of the company or anything, they should have gotten some information from them before taking over for them, and am i able to get a lawyer or something if the bank can't put my money back in, i need serious help here.
