Hassan Abd E Gaafar MD from Smartmeds.com okayed a prescription for me. I was then billed and then no meds arrived. I called smartmeds.com and finally got someone on the phone. They said that this was a new company emeds and that they had acquired this toll free number and that they could not help me. They said they are not responsible after orders from 7/11/06. My order was made a week before this. When I asked if other complaints have been made they said yes and when I asked what they were doing about it they said nothing. I asked to speak to a manager in charge and they denied my request.
