After taking money out of my account, they refused to answer my repeated phone calls or inquiries as to what happened to my order! Ripoff

After ordering a 90 day supply of Phentermine with a credit card number, they told me if I was approved by a doctor, they would notify me., which they finally did after I inquired about the status of my order, which was only suppose to take minutes, but it ended up to be a two day wait.

I put the order in on 6/28 and was notified on 6/30 that I was approved and that my order would be shipped out in 5 business days.

I contacted them several times wanting to know the status of my order, but no one would respond to me on the ccbasketorders site, except for the one time when I inquired if I was approved and Jeff, who was listed as a customer support person, sent me back a statement apologizing for the length of time it took, but yes I was approved to receive the pills.

I also called the number listed on the ccbasket order site, 800-209-4671 daily, and an automated voice message would tell me that someone would be with me shortly, and then after a few minutes I would be disconnected! This happened to me repeatedly!

And on my bank statement from where they withdrew the $112.00 from my account, it is listed as:

Rxp ndapharm 866-259-7122 il

I have also called the above number, but it is an automated voice message and no one ever answers it!

Please, please, catch these unscrupulous thieves! I am on a somewhat limited income and this has hurt me greatly, financially! And I am angry for being scammed and that this is allowed to happen!!!
