Would not give me a copy of my personal medical records ripoff

Hello:

On July 10th at approximately 850am, I went to the Horton Occupational Health Clininc (16246 Prince Drive, South Holland IL 60473 708-333-4200). I requested a copy of my "long form physical" (previously completed Aug). A woman who identified herself as Mrs. Horton stated (verbatim): "... Although the medical record is yours, it is owned by your employer and we cannot release it to you."
