Dr. Joseph M. Gryskiewicz M.D. Of Twin Cities Cosmetic Surgery in Edina and Burnsville Minnesota, broke my patient privacy rights by sending (via postal) my personal cosmetic pictures and documents that were taken and recorded at the Burnsville office to an undisclosed address without my knowledge or signature on a release of information. This location where my documents were sent to was not affiliated with me in any way. The reason I know of this, was an anonymous person informed me that this happened and the documents were returned to me personally, but very damaged.

This issue was addressed to the Manager of the Burnsville office and not taken seriously at all, in fact, this office manager who is a female was down right rude about it. My personal pictures were viewed by people that had no business viewing this information. I'm embarrassed and feel very violated. No letter of apology or explanation was ever mailed to me. I am considering a lawsuit.

I'd caution anybody who sees this clown to be very aware that any cosmetic information or personal pictures you allow Gryskiewicz, M.D. And his office staff to have are not kept private or secure.
