New Image Nail Salon
Just rediculously rude and bad business practices! Ripoff

Keep in mind that this is a salon that I had been using for six months and had spent probably $700 at!

Two days after getting a fill in on a fairly new set of pink and white nails I noticed one of my nails had broken and decided to stop by to let the girl who did them replace that nail. She was busy so I asked her when could I come back and have it fixed. She asked if I could come back at five and so I scheduled the appointment. This was approx. Three o clock.

I arrived at exactly 5 and the nail tech that I had the appt with had just started a set of nails on a client and was maybe 20 minutes into it. I soon realized that I would be waiting quite awhile for her so asked someone if anyone else could fix it. She found a nail tech who could take me and sat me in her chair. I asked the owner what I would be charged and she said that if I had waited for the one I had the appt with nothing but since I didn't want to wait for her then it would be $3. Although I thought this was ridiculous for me to pay (and not the owner or the nail tech that I had the appt with) I agreed to pay and proceeded with the service.

The girl that I ended up using finished the nail and gave me the bill. I handed her my debit card and she said I'm sorry but I can't take this for such a small amount ($3) I told her that I had no cash and she said that she couldn't take it and I would have to give her more money or buy something.

I said no, I don't want anything else and I am not giving you more. I told her I would have to go to an atm and come back with the money. After getting into an argument with Kim about not wanting to pay more for the service and her telling me that she couldn't afford to pay the $1 service charge for a $3 ticket I left the salon. The girl that did the service came after me and said that Kim wanted me to leave my drivers license! I told her no and left the salon, never returning to pay the money but I did call Kim and told her what I thought.

Such crazy and unprofessional business practices going on and no customer service or loyalty to their clients! Amazing that they are still in business. As far as I'm concerned this is the worst experience I've had ever in any type of business! RUDE is an understatement!
