Ripoff, inflicted needless pain and suffering, injured me for months on end, infected my sinuses

Dr. Neil Whittaker infected my sinuses somehow, maybe he used some green-yellish goo from a dead dog's eye as in The Beatles song "I Am A Walrus". Dr. Whittaker's offical explanation was that "he leaned me backed in his dental chair to far causing my sinuses to drain into places they don't usually drain". It's anybodies guess what really happened, at any rate I don't believe any patient should ever have to go through what I am. All dental chairs should come equipped with a tilt warning like SUV's and pin ball machines. I've lost four months to sinus infections, and have been prescribed pain pills and X-Rays. I've felt so badly at times I wished I could've died. The attorneys I've contacted pretty much said try a different dentist. Dr. Whittaker seemed malicious to me inflicting needless pain and suffering and making it known to me by twitching his nose alot during procedures that this would happen. Profit comes to mind as to why Dr. Whittaker would choose to injure me. I was critically injured with asthma working as a car importer employee. I believe small businesses blame me for rising insurance costs, instead of blaming each other for the real problems behind asthma. This trend of medical abuse rolls on and continues today as these so called "Wonder Boys" have now prescribed everything from Phen-fen to sinus conditions for asthmatics.
