RIP OFF phone #1866-259-7122 Do not Call

They are the worlds rudest people. They have people that do not even understand good enough English for you to talk to and you to understand what they are saying when you call to check on your order status. I was told my card would not be charged until my order was shipped.

When I told them I wanted to cancel my order and I will get it else where they charged my account without my consent since they had it on record. They said they are back up and it will take a couple months to get the order. First one employee told me they no longer do business with one pharmacy, another told me one of their pharmacies closed, and a third told me it was already shipped.

It has been several weeks know and this has violated my rights as to someone using my card without my consent. I was told when I first ordered it would take three business days. How about putting the damn truth and say three years on there or you will never see your prescriptions again.

I think this company has foreign owners and is operated illegally. If they do not have enough staffing to answer the phones because you will be hung up on every time you call, you dare to say I want to talk to a supervisor you will never get a call back. I have recorded every [phone conversation with these people and it is unbelievable every time I play it back to hear the idiocy that they have at the end of their lines. You can check your order status on line as they tell you when you call because of the high volume of calls.

GUESS WHAT you will never get a respond or replay back. I sure never did it's been weeks. I never got a call back as promised, they billed me two times, and my back cannot do anything about it because I authorized it they say. Once the first time not the second.

I hope this pharmacy looses its license because if someone does not see whets going on who do we turn too. I mentioned that I was going to file a report to the business bureau to them and they said "Go ahead it happens by everyone and they cant do anything about it" Appeartly not.

A very angry customer who has been ripped off.
