Ripoff company, won't send order, won't respond to email - TOTAL RIPOFF!

I purchased medicine on April 30. I was told it would be about 10 days before I received order.
I have emailed 5 times asking when order will ship - to date - May 17th - no response to my emails and no order delivered.
It is clear they have no itentions of filling order - they simply stole money from me. Its infuriating. How does a company continue to operate when they are stealing from everyone it would appear?
