Misleading advertising unauthorized charges overall a ripoff DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

A warning to everyone not to deal with this company.

Hearing that I get to try their product free for 30 days I filled out the online form but decided not to compelte the order and closed the screen. They called me a week later to convince me to get it and that I have nothing to lose. They said if I like it then I will continue to receive the pills and will be charged, if not then I can call and cancel.

Received the order and noticed it was 90 pills not 30. I thought maybe they just decided to give more! No mention during our call at any time about this.
I tried it for a week and it didn't work for me. So I called to cancel and in seconds it was cancelled! They didn't ask why nor did they try to convince me to stay. This is exactly what they said "Ok, done. Bye". I was suspicious about that.

I then saw a charge of about $70 on my card. Waited for a refund but nothing came so I called them about 3 weeks later. This is when they asked in details about my experience. Then I was told that my 30-day supply was free but NOT the remaining 60-day supply which I didn't even ask for!!! Why did they send it? Here's what they said:

"So you can have continuous supply and not have to wait". This is where the ripp off comes in. They trick you and your stuck with the pills. Then they put you through hell to get your money back.

That lady said they'll reverse the charges and stop further shipments. She said I can keep what I have and if I like it I can call and continue. She told me that because I told her I stopped taking everything and wanted a refund.

Hearing that I gave the vitamins away! Again no refund. Called 3 weeks later and it's a new story now. Bottom line, they want the pills back. So I got the pills back from the person and right before sending them back I see yet ANOTHER CHARGE!

Called again, they said I shouldn't have been charged. And so this continues. I'm waiting for 2 refunds now. But I feel others should be warned about this company.
Research it at the Better Business Bureau. Too many complaints. I should have done that myself.
