Ripoff Charging my Bank Without My Authorization Multiple Times

Www.Whiteovernight.com Has not responded to me regarding this matter. I have tried several times to contact Whiteovernight by email. This company offered a free sample. Then, without my authorization this company has been sending me their products continuously.
Whiteovernight also has been charging me directly from my bank without permission. This matter has been ongoing for about three months so far. This is amazing! How can this company keep doing this to me, isn't this illegal?
Please, if this complaint can really help me, It would be very helpful.
