Ripoff product not shipped no refund

I ordered phentermine from an affilitate of this company, Horizon Meds, on April 4, and after two weeks and a couple of inquiries regarding delivery status, I finally got an e-mail explaining that there is a "nationwide phentermine shortage" on April 21. Because I've ordered from this company in the past, I had no reason to doubt the explanation as to why the phentermine order was held up. The e-mail included a link and instructions on how to cancel my order, which I did on May 1.

It is now May 10, and my card has not been credited.

To make matters worse, I stupidly placed an order for a different medication, this time through Value Trust RX, and now it would appear that I'm being treated to the same song and dance.

I just sent an e-mail today, and finally called the 1-800 number, which rang and rang. At this point, I'm mad at myself for being so dumb, but I take some consolation in knowing that it's because I've ordered from this site numerous times without incident.

I'd appreciate any updates from anyone else in the same predicament, and will try threatening to contact the BBB, as someone suggested.
