Did not fill script or enter it in their computer Ripoff

On May 5 I requested a refill of my pain medication as I am recovering from surgery. It is now Monday, May 8th and I still don't have my medication. I checked my computer and low and behold, the original prescription had not been entered into the computer, and yet I have the originally labeled bottle. The pharmacy was also trying to get a refill from a doctor that had not even written the script.
I called to advise them they had the wrong doctor and that the original prescription had not been entered into the computer. I got an individual named Amy, who was very abrupt and not interested in hearing anything I had to say. The persons initials on the bottle are xxy. The last time I had a script filled it was the wrong medication and I got no action from the store manager. Any of you who are seniors as I am please check you medications before leaving the store as what you don't know could kill you.
These people are only interested in a paycheck, and do not have you best interests at heart.
