Pm ripoff kept charging cc after repeated requests to stop!

I e-mailed them, I talked to them on the phone.
They would not stop charging me for the product I did not want.

They did keep shipping the product but I did not want it. I don't mind paying for things I want but if I ask them to cancel my order they should do so!
