The Nail Zone
Ripoff, bad business

My sister and I went to The Nail Zone to get our nails done on April 22. She did some what of a good job. However, our nails look like we dipped it in yellow substance and our nails look bad.

When I went to pay for it, she asked me for my card, and she ran it through. She had to put paper in the machine, and then told me that she would need my card again. So she ran it through, then the paper printed and she told me to sign it.

Then she asked for my card again. I asked her why and she said "well, incase you wanted to put a tip on there." I said, "I have the tip right here (cash)." She said ok, then she went ahead and ran my card through again.

Well, I had a funny feeling that I was charged twice. So, I called the bank the following Tuesday to make sure it did go through and was advised by our bank that she did in fact charged us twice.

I went to the business a couple of times and both times the other woman that was there told me to just call and make sure she will be there. She doesn't know when the "nail" person would be there.

Kim finally called me back after my husband called and chewed them out. She said that it was credited back to our account and it would take 2 days. This was on Wednesday, April 26.

I called my bank today and was told once again that it had not been done. I called Kim back to see what was going on and to let her know, and once again, she is not there.

I told the other woman what happened and all she could do is take my name and number and that Kim would call me back. I did let her know that I was going to contact the BBB. This is no way to run a business.

I will never go back there again and will advise others not to go there.
