I ordered the product -Longitude - from CP Direct. First of all the product doesn't work (surprise, surprise). On trying to use the money back guarantee I found that I could not get in contact with anyone from the company (always busy signal or no answer). My order has been renewed 4 times over 4 months now and funds automatically deducted from my account.
