Skin Medique of Paradise Valley Mall (Westcor Shopping Centers) also doing business as Spa Beautica.

On 2/18, I prepaid for 6 laser treatment services.
I received 1 service that day.

On 4/10/06, I called to make another appointment, only to find out that their mail box is full (and it seems they are out of business). It also seems their other branches are closed.

I am unable to find a forwarding number, name, etc.
Do I have any recourse for unpaid services.
How do I proceed?
