Ripoff dishonest fradulent billing

Dental Plans has continued to bill me without my approval since 2003. I ordered their services 2003 and canceled aftre the duration of one year. They have continued to bill me (I hadn't picked up on the charges from 2006). When I contacted them and disputed the charges they said they would only refund the most recent unauthorized charge to me of $99. The Interim charge of $99 they refuse to refund even though I was covered by my delta dental plan and had received no notice of renewal of the plan either by email or letter.
