In october of i "won" an auction from factory direct spas on ebay. I came into contact with steve todd lanni, who is a fast and slick talker. Promised me that there would be no problem having my spa delivered for my husband's birthday on dec. 19th.

Each time i checked in on "progress, " i was told my spa was "in production." he has stolen my money, and now cannot be contacted. Has hired an "answering service" and refuses to return my calls, much less my money. He is a scam artist who is a slick talker and a liar! Do not purchase on line from factory direct spas! The police told me that there was nothing more than a delapidated old warehouse and he and a couple of men who slapped "junk' together! This man has stolen my money as well as many others! There is a web site that you can file a complaint against him because of so many folks he has stolen from. I am happy to use my full name, but the report suggests that i do not. But, steve lanni, i dare you to deny this report! You are a thief and a coward!
