EFitness Clubhouse ripoff huge scam very shady beware

I ordered a trial sample of hoodia because I saw something about it on 60 minutes. The free trial was a one week supply and I only had to pay the hipping and handling which came to 8.97. First of all it did not curb my appetite at all so it doesn't work second of all 1 month later I get a big bottle of this stuff in the mail I didn't order and a charge on my credit card of 46.90.

I called the company to tell them I didn't order any more of the product and they said that it was in the terms and conditions of my order. I guess when you order the "freebie" you are put in a program that you didn't want to be in. I asked to be removed from the program and for a refund. I was told that I could not have a refund but they would cancel my account and told me how to do this (all of which I had to do on line).
I am mad but I figure lesson learned always read the small print.

Then I get my credit card statement and their is a charge for 28.97 for E Curves (what) I am thinking what is going on I never even heard of this company.

I call the 1-800 number on my credit statement and what a surprise it is the same company that sent me the hoodia. Not only did they enroll me in a monthly supply of Hoodia that I didnt want they also enrolled me in the e curve program UGH!

I am furious and call the company and once again I am told that they will not refund my money. Any reputable company would give you your money back if you where enrolled in something you knew nothing about. This is a huge scam and the people that work there and own the company belong in jail. I work hard for my money and now I have over 75 dollars worth of charges on my credit card I didn't want or need please do not order any "free trials" they are not free and end up costing more than a membership to a reputable gym.in the future I will be much more careful Please do not make the same mistake I did this company is SHADY!!! If I have any future charges there will be heads a rollin good luck people us honest folks got to stick together.
