Ripoff

I was in the process of closing my checking account, when I received an overdraft letter in the mail. I checked my account online and found a charge from a company that I have NEVER heard of. I tried to contact them twice and both times the woman on the phone was extrmemly rude and hung up on me. This cause me to not only pay the $21.95 that I did NOT authorize but a $20.00 over draft fee as well... This has to stop!
