I received an e-mail offering a free 7-day supply of the diet supplement HoodiaThin. I agreed to this with the understanding that I would have to pay a shipping and handling of $5.95. Either I didn't read all the rules and agreement statements or I didn't understand (my fault). I had no intention of ordering any more of this product.

When my charge came there was a billing for $99.90. I have tried to contact this company to cancel and have my charge card credited. I cannot get a human voice in order to do this. I have been told by a customer rep from a number that I called trying to reach Hoodia's customer rep and there are lots of complaints and that the company is not ethical and will soon be out of business. But I would like to make sure that I do not get charged again. I was told by my credit card company that if the product comes to sent back as an order refused, which I will do.

Hopefully, your company can get to the bottom of the fraudalent company and put a stop to their antics. They are advertising as being on 60 minutes, Oprah, etc.
