Ripoff

I asked for 1 bottle and was talked into 3, they said the 3rd one would be free if i bought 2 and i could return the 2 after 30 days for a full refund if I was not satisfied. I did this, but they said they had gotten there too late for the 30-day refund.

Turns out they start counting from when they shipped it, not when I received it and end counting when it is logged in, not when actually received by their mail room. They said the only thing they could do was to send me another bottle, I reluctantly agreed (the stuff doesn't work), but they didn't even do that.
