Do Not Order From This Company. After placing an Internet order 1/9, I did not receive my product within the eight days indicated on the website. I emailed the company inquiring as to the status of my order and waited 48 hours before requesting a cancellation and full refund to my credit card.
The following day, after requesting a refund, I received an email indicating that the company was in the process of moving and that all orders were being shipped from the prior Thursday.
I made several attempts to reach a live representative via the phone number provided on their website and my billing statement, to no avail. I conducted several more emails attempting to reiterate my desire to terminate this transaction, to no avail. They refused to cancel my transaction and refund my monies. They also have billed my credit card once again without delivery of my initial order.
